I really dont like my vacation job. Its dangerous. We handle Jacks, forklifts, open elevators and heavy equipment. We move heavy stuff all day long and the pay is dirt. I dont like it at all. But I'm will still do it. I need the cash for some stuff. For what you ask? I'm not telling you.
Today while at lunch, I saw this real funny graffti on the wall. It read When I work, nobody knows. When I sit, Everybody knows.
That stuck me as enormously funny. I dont know why, but it did. Must be the job driving me nuts. Wait, I'm already nuts. Argh, I dont know lar.
I was mumbling to my brother about my job when he suddenly suggested that I become a football bookie. His nuts. But then, he did point out that I look like a bookie. You know big size and shit and with a big pouch and a mug of beer I complete the act! What bullshit. He said I look like a big bully. That sucks ah, alot of people say I look like big bully. Up till now, only one person agrees with me that I dont look that evil.
Worst to worst, I think I only look wicked, knaving and schemeing. But thats not half as bad as looking like a big bully! They have no dignity and dicknity!
Oh well, pardon me if I dont appear to be well today. After the hell I've been thru, I deserve to be alittle potty.
Well, I think I really need to go to bed early tonight or my condition may worsen.

Hmm, known this people for 6 years. Altho I cant say that they are all on the same wave length as me, what I can say is that its a bunch of people I feel comfortable with. Not too comfortable tho. haha. Did I mention I didnt really fit in? It was a good gathering. Had pizza, wings,KFC, soft drinks, cake and loads of fun. Regarding KFC, it used to be an acronym in my class. It stands for Kenneth F*** Colleen. Its rather obscene, BUT, its all in good fun. Colleen, I'm sure dosent mind. She is extremely good tempered and takes in all loads of shit, which sometimes explains why she is the butt of jokes.(not me, I dont tease her.....)*fingers crossed*
Smitten with the kids. Steff is dead cute. Marc is dead irritating( I say this affectionately) Steff is an extremely good natured baby, she was passed on like a baton, everyone was carrying it, but she didnt cry. Amazing. Marc , wha, this one, terror on energizers, run us ragged as he played with us. Hyper active. He has loads of toys. A few of us ended up playing with em. Kenneth even broke his Air Ball gun! HGF was playing the remote controlled tank. It was all good fun.
I'm glad that all my friends are all well and fine. Thats really it. You never know when you can lose a friend to something unexpected. All of them look great and stuff. Happy at least. I didnt really talk much. I just looked around at my friends. I dont know when will be the next time that we will meet up again. But the odds seem to be stacked agaisnt it. I for one supports the view of 'remember the best of me'. I feel that we should always remember people at their best. Remember them for what they used to be in our minds. Always. Those who read David Copperfield should be familiar with the reasoning behind it. And this meeting is a good a time as any. I will probably remember it for a long long time.

Christmas Lights.
Really are pretty arnt they? All along orchad road. I wonder how many hours were put into putting them up. But yet on the pathway, people seemed to be in a rush to get to where they wanna go.
Head down, shuffling feet. No one was really looking at the lights cept some sun burned australian tourist. Makes sense dosent it? Singaporeans. Too busy with their lives. No one cares for anything cept the time.
Walk fast, eat fast , talk fast and work even faster. I dont mean to say that its all bad. No, infact, without this attitude, we probably will not be in our current economic situation anyway. Singapore wouldnt be what it is without all this kan cheong mice working around the clock. No.
Ever occured to you that no matter how pack a parking lot is or how pack a food court is, its seldom that you wait more then 10 mins for a table. You see this parents, urging their kids to wolf down their dinner. 'faster , faster lar' they urge. For what reason? I dunno .No wonder nowadays, no one talks at the dinner table anymore. Its a race, eat faster, so we can do other things sooner and faster.
Faster necessary better? I dont know, verdict is still out there. But I do know that there is plenty of detreimental effects. Note, I am not blasting all those people who urge people to do things faster, hell, even I ask my friends to eat faster when I have finnished. BUT, what I do feel is that this is so cultured, so forced upon us. We were not born to do things fast.
Look at poor babies, they have to eat fast even before they have teeth, they have to learn to walk as fast as they can so that they parents can show off, they have to start studying earlier and at a faster rate for the same reason. Hell, they even need to take a dump as fast as they can to save their parent's time. I dont know, seems weird doesnt it? Putting things down on paper. Awhile back, there was a report that young girls wanna lose their virginity younger. Huh?!? even this wanna faster ah?!?!?!
But of cos, I'm sure that doing things faster are also beneficial. Sure, look at japanese. They eat so damn fast. Ever seen a japanese eat? Their like vacum cleaners. Look at their economy. Great, powerful. FAST moving. But why does no one pause to think. Why did their economy collapse? Is it because they do things so damn fast, they never did see it coming? Possible? More then a possibility. And also the japanese kids growing up so fast ? No wonder japanese are midgets.
At Temasek Poly. We have the FAST system. How long did it take to complete a teitiary education before the FAST system? 3 years? Oh what a coincidence. Same as the time it takes with the system implemented. Wait a sec! No, infact with the fast system, its longer! cause u need to retake the whole bloody course again! yea, how could i forget?!? . Eh, wait a sec, then why is there sup papres? haha.
Let me explain. I have an uncle who teaches in TP, when I asked him why the sup papres with FAST, he said because too many people failed and had to retake subjects, there were not enough places. So much for fast system. Ask those who wasted time. Is Fast naturally faster? I beg to differ.
Think about this. You are walking towards the MRT station quickly. Are you late? No. Are you in a particular rush? No. Is there a pot of gold there waiting for you? No. Is there a playboy model or Fredik Ljunberg(calvin klein model. For those who have not seen it) waiting there for you with some boogie? No. So why the hell are you walking so fast?
The answer most times: I DONT KNOW.

For me? The next time I do things quickly, maybe I could just ask myself why I'm in such a rush. Then perhaps I could slow down and look at the clouds in the sky , marvel at it and ask myself just why is the sky blue in colour. I dont think this could harm me in anyway. Or maybe I could eat slower and leave the dinner table later, so that I could maybe just ask my family members about their day. Hmm. I dont think I would die if I did things at a slower pace.
Of cos, I could just be passed off as a crazy china man who is having his rant at society. But then , in this crazy world and society. Am I not in the right place?

BACK WITH A VENGENCE.
I cant believe it. I am so happy. God-damn-it. Feel so high that I felt that I just MUST write it down.
JUVENTUS FC 1 - INTERNAZIONALE 3
Really, take that you Turin Scum!! 2 great goals and an assist from El Jardine and a goal for Obagol aka My little Owen. Hell! even juve's goal came from a inter player.
Great night or morning the way you see it. Spent it with my 2 brothers, el hadji dwarf and Choy(troy). Betted some money on 3 matches. 2 jackpots and one clay pot. Won alittle money for myself.... I was really hoping that inter would at least draw with juventus. Never expected to kutuk juve. But they did anyway :0)
Yi Qian is in a good mood. Going to Muizz's Hari Raya open house later, followed by watching Man Utd take on Chealsea. Either with APEC or with my 2 brothers, el hadji dwarf and choy again. Dunno which one I should choose. Good company is hard to come by nowadays and I'm thankful that I can even choose.
Well, I'm think I'll stop now. Tired. Watched footie the whole night. Need my sleep. From the Inter Curva and rest of the supporters, we wish you good morning and to have fun on what you gonna do today. Even if its house work......
