How much do you slave?

good points.

I have a cubicle with a proper desk.
P4 Xp internet capable computer.
loads of stationary.
No need to work on saturdays.
staff are friendly.
buddy system. wont get lost.
if lost, ask.
not much work for me to do.

bad points.
not much work for me to do.
boredom is hard to bear.
too many documents lying around. claustraphobic.
there is someone called bedah in the office.
upteen repetions of hoobastink's The Reason and Lifehouse's Breathing.
bad karoke singing. really bad.
doing patents for valves is as interesting as it gets.

1st day of sip.

I reckon I had it easy compared with horror stories I heard from luwin, muizz, hazelyn and others.

Hong Kan.

If you never knew the meaning of this word, you evidently have not stepped into a heavily subsidised secondary education in a singaporean funded educational institute. What does it mean?
it describes a feeling which roughly translate into the english equalivent of the phrase "fucked up".

Of cos, I will provide some examples of times when I used this phrase during the course of the week.

Sunday night, on discovery that my computer had some problems.
Hong kan lar, what's wrong with lappy?

Monday morning, when I woked at 1100 when i was suppose to meet ed at 1100.
Hong kan........late liao........hope ed haven wake up also.

Monday afternoon, when we were still at ed's place and shawn was ready to meet us in orchad.
Hong kan lar, he there already. you all better faster if not later he screw ur asses not my problem.

Monday lateafternoon. When I discovered my pay was not yet ready.
Hong kan, no cash, how i buy my formal clothing?!?!?!?!?

Monday very lateafternoon. When me, ed, dan, shawn, lu and nick were stuffed with sakae sushi.
eat too much. Hong kan lar..... I feel terrible....argh................*puke*

Monday night. While reformatting computer.
all gone. all gone. all songs gone. all email gone. all games gone. all schoolwork gone. all sms gone. everything gone. hong kan...

I didnt use this phrase much today. heh.
yesterday was good.
went to ed's place to swim....dan, nick, ed, lu...
went to sakae for lunch. shawn joined us.
ate till we almost puked
We didnt want to pay for food wastage.
so we packed the left overs in one container and stashed it in lu's bag. got rid of it afterwards. it started to smell.
I was damn full. But that piece of salmon sushi looked damn inviting. ate the fish. left the rice.
when shawn not looking, dumped it into his green tea....
promptly "okok, lets cheers to SIP!"
We drank green tea, shawn had green tea porridge.
but their desert was uber good.
a concoction of ice cream wrapped in glutinous rice paper or something. its bloody good.
Walked orchad road.
went to ya kun kaya toast at far east to chill out.
we had a accapella group.
its chorus went like this.

eh eh, dont pull dont pull, going to spoil already , you see! you see!
ah fuck lar....
Ouch!
sian ji puah, sian ji puah, sian ji puah ah ah ah ah
one four center, one four center (ok, i was trying to say 147 when this came out)

we kept repeating this down orchad road till people was looking at us. we had so much fun.
cept for dan, he seemed to be ashamed to be seen with us. but thats his problem. We cant help it if he does not have a sense of humour.

went to buy my formal stuff today. was ok, manage to not spend so much money. hah.

so it was all quite pleasant for this 2 days.
but tmr.... I dont want to think of tomorro.
futhermore, my liason officer is annie gomez. nuff said. cept...
Hong kan.

ok people, got to go now. got to sleep early and hit the shenton way tomorro!
goodluck for sip.
althought i know its difficult, but please dont die during sip if you can help it!
